It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard J. Powers (Kaukauna, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Powers and Thelma Powers; his wife Marie Romenesko; his daughter Kathleen Oliaro (Paul); his grandchildren, Scott Oliaro (Jeri) and Amy Gautreau (Matt); his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Jackson Gautreau, Mia and Tyler Oliaro; his brothers, Sherman Powers and Wilfred Powers; and his sons, Bergstrom Paper, Cross Point Paper Co, Dick and Commandant. He was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
In the meantime, those who wish to make a donation in his memory, it can be made to his favorite charities – Saint Jude Children's Hospital and the Xavier High School Theater.
