Richard H. Promer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard H. Promer (Kaukauna, Wisconsin), born in Oakland, California, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Promer (Gussert) and Robert Promer; his grandparents, Rosella (Baetan), Edward Gussert, Mary (DeBruin) and Herman Promer; his brother Robert "Bobby" Promer Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Rachel Promer, Dan Biesterveld and Jo Schmitz.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Schmitz; his sons, Jeff (Tricia), Rick and Cory; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ryan (Ken), Tyler (Annie) and Hunter (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Lochlan and Hallie; and his siblings, Don Promer, Marlene Tennessen (Gene Kostrzak) and Mary Biesterveld. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation to the Kaukauna Alumni.
