He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Meyerhofer and Betty "Elizabeth" Meyerhofer (DeYoung). He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Meyerhofer (Kie) of Boston, MA, Sebastian Endres (Fiancé Kira Westenberg) and Max Meyerhofer; his granddaughter Ella Kay Endres; and his siblings, Mark Meyerhofer of Kaukauna, Lee Meyerhofer (Lisa) of Kaukauna, Tony Meyerhofer (Dawn Meshke) of Kaukauna, Maria Beisenstein (Brian), Helen VanAsten (Roger), Jean Hiroskey and Christine Gaffney (Nicholas). He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles and many friends.
