She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Harvey, Ellie Smith, Bernard and Mary Driessen; and her aunt Peggy Driessen.
She is survived by: her parents, Dan Smith and Lyn Smith (Driessen); her sons, Ryan, Tyler and Kyle Van Den Berg; and her sisters, Shelly Smith and Stacy Brandt (Justin). She is also survived by many aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews and other relatives and friends.
