He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kugel and Geraldine Kugel (Reetz); his father-in-law Paul Janssen; and his brother Steven Kugel. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Amber Albrecht (Allen), Troy (Eddie) and Lindsay Wernicke (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Jackson, Harper, Addison Albrecht, Theo, Luna, Wyatt Wernicke, Mackenzie, Arianna and Ava Monroe; his mother-in-law Audrey Janssen; his sisters, Kathy Koehler, Kristine Thomas (Brad) and Michelle Mahoney (Brian); and his siblings-in-law, Dick Janssen, Bruce Janssen (JoAnn), Diane DeBlieck and Amy Ourada (Jay). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the O'Connell Funeral Home (1776 E Main St, Little Chute, WI 54140). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
