He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Courtney and Ann Courtney of Kaukauna; his wife Judy (Wautlet); his daughters, Kathleen Sultze (Marvin), Mary Korth (Jason), Sarah McElhone (Patrick) and Ann Bell (Jeffrey); and his siblings, Patrick and Ellen. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a portion of memorials gifted to the family will be donated to one of Mike's favorite charities.
