She was predeceased by: her spouse Gene "Pickle" Ashauer; and her siblings, John Merckx, Frank Merckx and Mary Desotell (Don). She is survived by: her children, Joseph Ashauer (Debbie) of Kaukauna and Christine Schopp (Jeffrey) of Little Chute; her grandsons, Andrew Schopp and Adam Schopp (Amanda); her great grandchild Aspen Schopp; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Ashauer (Kathy), Ione Ashauer of Kaukauna, Evelyn Merckx of McFarland and Laura Merckx of Appleton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
