He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Cox, Sr. and Anita Cox (Sershon); his sister Mary; his niece Jill Heindel; his parents-in-law, Robert and Marjorie Hoehne; his brothers-in-law, Gerald Bies and Gerald Hoehne; and his nephew Nick Bies.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Hoehne); his son Gregor Cox (Andrea Libber); his grandchildren, Lorelai and Spencer; his son Patrick Cox (Alexis); his grandchildren, Olyvia and Dalton; his siblings, Robert, Patrick (Samm) and Judy Heindel (Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Stumpf (John), Barbara Bies, Mary Hoehne (Verstegen), Robert Hoehne, Jr. (Sharon) and Donald Hoehne (Marcia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
