She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester "Les" LaPlante and Selma LaPlante (Mueller); her husband Mel Munes; her brother Robert LaPlante; her son-in-law Art Ebben; her grandsons, Andy and Alan Ebben; and her in-laws, Gene Munes (Florence), Shirley Zierler (Louis), Janet Jury (Tim) and Mike Munes.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Verhagen (Carl Piechooki), Tom Munes (Linda), Karen Brunell (Bill), Ellen Ebben, Donna Ehrfurth (Craig) and Diane Lambrecht (Shane); and her in-laws, Reg Munes (Charlene), Bob Munes (Marilyn), Jim Munes (Deb), Kim Munes and Jane LaPlante. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
