He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bones" DeGroot (Mary) and Debbie Belling-DeGroot (Kevin); his sons, Jayden and Owen DeGroot; his sister Crystle Covarrubias (Tyson); his nieces and nephews, Ellie DeGroot-Hegner, Cruz and Alassandra; his stepsiblings, Neeka Kelderman (Kelsey), Reegan Kargus (Brian) and Kevin Bleck Jr.; his grandfather Dave Belling; and his pet Shai.
