He was predeceased by: his father Jerome Blair; his parents-in-law, Joan and Bill Landreman; and his brother-in-law Al Landreman. He is survived by: his mother Germaine Blair (Diedrich); his wife Cindy Landreman; his daughters, Sadie Swedberg (Cory) and Abby Schmidt (Joe); his grandchildren, Andy, Xavier, Rowen, Ryleigh, Addison and Olivia; his siblings, Lee Blair (Karla), Jan Burt (Bruce) and Linda Belling (Rick); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Landreman and Bonnie Landreman. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
In keeping with the current health pandemic the private family memorial service for Jim will be livestreamed on Monday, March 1, 2021 starting at 11:00 AM at the Verkuilen Van Deurzen Funeral Home Facebook page.
