Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Otis (Kaukauna, Wisconsin), born in Algoma, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 74, on November 26, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmar Hoffmann and Doris Hoffmann (Vanness); her brother Ron Hoffmann; her granddaughter Savannah; and her pet Howie.

She is survived by: her children, Tracy Miller (Marc), Craig Otis (Amy), Combined Locks and Darrin Otis (Jodi); her grandchildren, Tyler (Brianna), Courteney (Chris), Kasey, Langston, Karsen, Emerson, Brianna, Bailey and Benjamin; her great grandchildren, Eliana, Jace and Knox; and her brothers, Darrell Hoffmann and Gary Hoffmann.
