He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Baumgart and Nellie Baumgart (Coenen); his wife Bernice Vanden Heuvel; and his children, Dennis and Mary Jo.
He is survived by: his children, Don Baumgart (Shelly), Greg Baumgart (Joan), Jackie Berrens (Jeff), Mark Baumgart (Diane), Bonnie Oudenhoven (Don), Joyce Frederickson (Gene) and Carol Doran (Scott); and his siblings-in-law, George Vanden Heuvel (Jan) and Bev Baumgart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
