He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Brooks and Regina Brooks (Fink); his parents-in-law, Herbert and Josephine Bennin; his siblings, Larry Brooks and Judy Voecks; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Selig and Fritz Voecks.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann Bennin; his children, Annette Goeser (Dan), Dan Brooks (Brenda) and Diane Vande Wettering (Scott); his grandchildren, Travis, Justin Goeser, Mellisa Aragon, Zachary Brooks, Logan and Ross Vande Wettering (Ashley Hocking); his great grandchildren, Kyrin and Carver Aragon; his sister Jeanne Selig; his sister-in-law Anna Mae Bennin; his nieces, Sarah, Jenny and Michelle; and his goddaughter Gina Owen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
