He is survived by: his daughters, Pat Mooney (Tom), Sue McCabe, Mary Ann Stingle, Amy Schroeder (Kevin) and Linda Tessen (Gary); and his siblings, Dallas Lamers (Maurice) and Keith Gerow (Cathy).
