He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice and Edward Jakl, Sr.; and his siblings, Ronald of Utah and Marie of California. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Catherine Weber; his wife Catherine; his children, Rebecca Shaeuble (Chad), Aaron Jakl and Amanda Jakl (Kelly McKay); his grandchildren, Alex Brittnacher, Hannah Brittnacher and Isabella Schaeuble; and his siblings, Patricia Diny, Jerold Jakl, Carol DeValk and Tom Jakl.

Memorial donations may be made in Ed's name to The Kaukauna Lions Club or Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity.
