He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorenz Mayer (Corn) and Helen Walsh Mayer; his wife Janis Mayer; his children, Bradley Mayer (Julie), Lynn Mayer (Eric Hunner) and Vicki Giordana (Ric); his grandchildren, Keane Mayer (Elizabeth), Kayla Mayer, Krista Mayer (George Owen), Lacey O'Connor (Michael Martinez), Riley Ciak (Jonathan), Kyle Anschutz (Ally George) and Ethan Anschutz; his great grandchildren, Layla Mayer, Roland and Arthur Ciak; his sisters, Nancy Jansen and Marlene Stuiber; his sister-in-law Karen Lynch; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Elizabeth Bruehl Lynch; his grandson Ryan Mayer; his brothers-in-law, Joddy Jansen and Ken Stuiber; and his parents-in-law, Sylvester, Marian Lynch, Mildred, Elmer Wittman, Gordon Lynch and Steve Talbot. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
