He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anderson and Johanna Anderson (Vandenberg). He is survived by: his son Cody (Melinda); his grandchildren, Reid and Madalyn; his sons, Kaz and Kallan; and his siblings, Steve "Oly" Anderson (Mindy), Eric Anderson (Vicky) and Pat Ebben (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
