He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Broek and Mary Vanden Broek (Schaefer). He is survived by: his children, Annette Rubiano (Alberto) and Mitchell Vanden Broek (Marcie); and his grandson Henry Lee Vanden Broek. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
