He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Burt and Lavern Burt (Sonnabend); his siblings, Linda and Barry; his father-in-law Jerome Blair; and his brother-in-law Jim Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Blair; his sons, Craig (Sarah) and Scott (Alisia); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Hailey, Madeline and Alex; his siblings, Mark (Brenda) and Doreen Peterson (Green Bay); his mother-in-law Germaine Blair; and his siblings-in-law, Lee Blair (Karla), Cindy Blair and Linda Belling (Rick). He is also survived by two aunts; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in his name.
