He is survived by: his wife Linda Koester; his son Jamie Koester (Mary); his grandchildren, Bret Koester (Callie), Hana Koester (Sam) and Brady Koester; his siblings, Ken (Sharon), Dick (Cathy), Don (Deb), Tom (Rose), Howard (Shannon), Dan Koester (Reneen), Judy Willems-Van Krey, Virginia Linzmeier (Richard), Carol Matthies (Mark), Jean Seidl (Ken), Dianne Gostas (Dennis), Betty Meulemans (Ken), Sue Gitz (Mark) and Kay Fulcer (Ed); and his sister-in-law Sharon Van Deraa (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
