He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Tammy Mitchell, Patrick McDonald (Shari) and Susan Pieters (Jeff); his grandchildren, John, Jr., Jessa, Jalee and Michael; his great grandchild Evelyn; and his siblings, Sally Klotz and Francis McDonald.
The family would appreciate memorial donations to assist with purchasing a headstone for Michael.
