He is survived by: his mother-in-law Adele Hathaway; his wife Adele; his children, Cheryl Anaya (Jose), Stephanie Gehrand, Earl Hathaway (Courtney), David Hathaway and Greg Hathaway (Heidi); his grandchildren, Tierney Smith, Tyler Gehrand, Antonio, Alejandro, Liliana Anaya, Sawyer Burchardt and Raedan Hathaway; and his great grandchild Braxten James Smith.
