He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leach and Emma Leach; his wife Ruth Clark; his son Andrew Leach; and his siblings, Helen DeBell (Clifford), Emmett Leach (Avis) and Floyd Leach.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Taylor, Paul Leach (Judy), Peter Leach, Mary Jo Palma (Victor), William Leach (Theresa) and Harvey Leach (Cheryl). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
