She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Brenton and Adeline Brenton; her husband William M. "Bill" Walsh; and her grandson Nic. She is survived by: her children, Mary Markiewicz (Rick), Joseph Walsh (Anne), Jean Petersen (Dana), Margaret Baird, Michael Walsh, Patricia Fitzpatrick, Rose Walsh, Susan Gunderson, Sean Walsh (Mary Kay) and Kathryn Civitano (Frank); her sister Helen Oberhart; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Brand and Agnes Brenton. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Due to the COVID pandemic, masks are required, and social distancing will be required.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Carol, may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
