He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Neis (Jeanne), Tim Neis and Ronald Neis; and his nieces, Julie Firari (Mike), Candace Wagner (Matt), Laura Weaver (Greg) and Lisa Maertz. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
