He is survived by: his children, Jacob Tillema of Juneau, Clinton Tillema of Juneau, Leah Tillema of Juneau and Connor Tillema (Alexia) of Juneau; his grandchildren, Oaklynn and Brantley; and his siblings, Jan Schaalma (Gary) of Juneau, Pete Tillema of Horicon and Paul Tillema (Marisela) of Juneau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
