He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Marie Haase, Edwin and Esther Gennerman; and his close friend Butch Ptaschinski.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Haase and Lorna Haase (Gennerman) of Juneau; his significant other Michelle Hummelmeier of Juneau; his children, Lindsey Hummelmeier of Beaver Dam and Adam Hummelmeier (Cassidy Sadowski) of Waupun; his grandson Breslin; his siblings, Greg Haase of Juneau, Jeff Haase (JoDee) of Beaver Dam and Sue Koller (John) of Charlotte, NC; his in-laws, David and Karen Maleck of Beaver Dam; his siblings-in-law, Jason Payant (Misha) of Beaver Dam and Alissa Rosenow (Chad) of Oconomowoc; and his close friends, Dan Parrish and Jim Selchert. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 11 great nieces and nephews.
