She was predeceased by: her mother Marlene Bashaw (Fink); and her grandmother Katie Fink. She is survived by: her father Dale Bashaw; her daughters, Heather Schleis and Katie Ouradnik; her grandson Kohlton Siemers-Ouradnik; and her siblings, Paula Carriveau (Rob), Scott Maples (Jolen Biller), Bob Bashaw (Connie), Jim Bashaw (Pam) and Cheryl Nechodomu (George). She is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews.
