He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mamayek and Mary Ann Mamayek (Branmueller); and his brother Douglas Mamayek. He is survived by: his wife Rita Coon of Juneau; his children, Nickolaus Mamayek and Mellissa Mamayek; and his sisters, Nancy, Pat and Chris. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
