He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar A. Schultz and Evelyn Schultz (Heintz); and his siblings, Harold Schultz and Betty Paul. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lewis; his daughter Karin Hawkins of Laguna Niguel, CA; his granddaughter Lindsay Fernandez (Steve); his great grandchildren, Isla and Laykee; and his siblings, Doris Berger of Juneau and Duane Schultz (Betty) of Horicon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
