He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Przekurat (Pavlik); and his grandfather Donald Pavilk. He is survived by: his father Jerry Przekurat (Ginger); his sister Jodi Napiwocki (Eric); his nieces and nephews, Chase and Shea; his brother Josh Przekurat (Jacy); his nephews, Nathan of Junction City, Noah of Junction City and Eli of Junction City; and his grandparents, Marvin, Darlene Przekurat and Joan Pavlik.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established through the Stevens Point Youth Baseball Association (SPYBA) for improvements to Jeff Przekurat Field at Mead Park.
