She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Martens and Martha Martens (Piekarski); her husband Leonard B. "Lindy" Kitowski; her daughter Shari Kitowski; and her siblings, Lorraine Fix (George), Armin Martens (Marie) and Warren Martens (Dolores).

She is survived by: her daughter Sue Rapa (Tom) of Madison; and her grandchildren, Mitch Cloutier, Dustin Cloutier (Chandler McElrath) and Monica Cloutier.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to London Lodge or Rainbow Hospice.
