He is survived by: his daughters, Adrian Burgess (Ben) and McKenzie Holtorf (Tom); his grandchildren, Gabe, Evelynn and Tucker Burgess; his siblings, Steven Balts (Melissa Greene), Roger Balts (Linda), Dale Balts (Sandy), Dean Balts (Michelle), Phyllis Frisinger (George) and Brenda Frisinger (Steve); his brother-in-law Mark Brasseur; and his close friend Renee Workman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
