He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Skoumal and Eleanor Skoumal (Nee Plumb); his sister Jean; and his brother-in-law Roger Peterson. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas (Jill) and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Daniel (Marissa), Joshua, Luke, Anna, Kaitlyn and Brooklyn; his nephew David Peterson (Jane); and his niece Beth Palm (Steven).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (1329 31st Ave, Monroe, WI 53566).
