He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Dolores Moore (Groth); and his sisters, Heidi Moore and Terri Derepkowski. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Moore of Helenville, Ryan Moore of Jefferson and LeeAnn Moore of Tempe, AZ; his siblings, Jodi Wray (Dennis) of Fox Lake, Vicki Lemke (Robert) of Helenville and James "Buddy" Moore, Jr. (Kathy) of Watertown; his nieces and nephews, Samantha (Zach), Amanda (Chris), Matt (Amy) and Missy; his brother-in-law Dave Derepkowski of Horicon; the mothers of children, Tina Cronin of Helenville, Natalie Lehman (Dennis) of Jefferson and Michelle O'Connor (Jake) of Tempe, AZ; and his caregiver Jenny Hintz.
