He is survived by: his father Neal Kolaske (Roxeann) of Milwaukee; his wife June Kolaske of Johnson Creek; his siblings, Richard Kolaske and Samantha (Richard Plevak) of Milwaukee; his daughter Amanda Fabian of West Allis; his stepchildren, Ashlee Hughes of Elkhorn, Robert B. McCaffery (Jennifer) of Mesa, AZ and Mitchell McCaffery (Courtney) of Oconomowoc; his grandchildren, Shayle Poling (Alex), Madison Fabian (Alex), Arya Fabian, Tawny McCaffery, George McCaffery, Samuel Hughes and Jonah Hughes; his great grandchild Amyais Hilario-Poling; and his mother-in-law Doris Walker of Fort Atkinson.
