She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Johnson and Lois Johnson (Knudson); her husband Joseph Rattinger; and her brother Dwayne Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Rattinger (Pam) of Chicago, IL, Kerry Rattinger (Angie) of Fruitport, MI and Richard Rattinger (Crystal Fischer) of Johnson Creek; her grandchildren, Tina Rattinger and Ryan Rattinger; her siblings, Keith Johnson (Donna) of Stillwater, MN and Evelyn Schultz of Hastings, MN; and her niece Lee Beth Piatek (Phyllis) of Douglasville, GA. She is also survived by other relative and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Rainbow Hospice Care in Phyllis' name would be greatly apricated.
