He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Leschinsky and Audrey Leschinsky (Streich); his wife Kay Matthews; his son Teddy; and his brother Merlin.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rose Mortenson of Cambridge, Linda Leschinsky of Fort Atkinson and Mary Wilde (Steven) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Samantha, Elizibeth (Christopher) and Steven; and his great grandchild Nicholas. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
