He was predeceased by: his parents, Adeline Roman (Nazer) and Cecil Swan Sr. Roman; his parents-in-law, Mathilda and Albert Walters; his granddaughters, Sandy Swan, Tonya Bauch and Sha Le Phelps; his son-in-law Jeff Zillges; and his siblings, Cecil Jr., Roland (Duane Swan), Marcelline Popple and Eileen Richter (Margery Sarauer).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Walters of Jim Falls; his children, Daniel Swan (Brenda) of Ogdensberg, Rebecca Swan (Mark Gannon) of Chippewa Falls, Mary Zillges of Waupaca and Colleen (Charles); his friends, Kevin Swan (Anna) of Oshkosh, Jacqueline Swan, Michelle Lawrence (Mike) of Omro, Tracy Bendickson (Chris) of Winneconne, Susan Goggans (Charles) of Waupaca and John Swan (Missy) of Jim Falls; his brother Dennis Swan (Clarice) of Fond; and his brother-in-law Willie Sarauer of Chippewa Falls. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
