He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Welsh and Jean Welsh (Nelson); and his cousin Kirk. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Welsh (Kathy) of Ladysmith, Pat Welsh (Linda) of Chippewa Falls and Teresa Lessard of Eau Claire; and his cousin Casey. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; 13 great nieces and nephews; one great-great nephew; and uncle.
