He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bentheimer and Ada Bentheimer (Wendorf); and his siblings, Gerald Bentheimer and Marlene Radtke. He is survived by: his wife Jheri Bentheimer of Jefferson; his sons, Mike Bentheimer (Vicki) of Fort Atkinson and Tim Bentheimer (Stephanie) of Dousman; and his grandson Zachary Bentheimer of Dousman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
