She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Thelen and Betty Thelen (Robbins); and her brothers, Herbert and Clay. She is survived by: her husband John Lenz; her children, Jean Neitzel (Mark) of Plymouth and Joel Lenz (Robin) of Lake Mills; her grandsons, Jason Lenz (Nicole), Josh Lenz (Jetta), Lucas Neitzel (Amanda), Ben Neitzel (Jenna) and Seth Neitzel (Makenzie); her great grandchildren, Jonathon, Jena, Carli, Mason, Sophia and Sydney; and her sister Addie Rader of Jefferson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tomorrow's Hope or the Jefferson Humane Society.
