She is survived by: her siblings, Kathryn Jensen, Linda Dempski (Robert), Maragaret Heth (Fred), Larry Jensen (Pam) and Jean Lemke (Jim); and her nieces and nephews, Ann, Cara, Ryan (Amy), Amanda (Nate), Lucas (Molly), Amber (Jesse), Elizabeth (Chad) and Phillip (Kaitlyn). She is also survived by other family members, her church family and friends.

“In loving memory of Mary A. Jensen, Mary and I taught in classrooms across the hall from each other at Prospect Hill in the late 1970's and early 80's. She was a mentor to me and became a dear friend. We enjoyed adventures together often including a visit to a Danish bakery. With our friends Bruce and Mark we celebrated New Year's Eve for many years taking turns as hosts. We miss and love you.”
