She is survived by: her father Warren Hardin (Jean) of Cottage Grove; her husband Todd Jordan of Oregon; her children, Andy Otis (Amy) of Madison, Maraina Otis of Kenosha and Zach Jordan of Oregon; and her grandchildren, Presley, Declan and Avery. She is also survived by her siblings, other relatives, and many friends.
