She is survived by: her parents, Reid Ulrich and Bonnie Ulrich (Bonamie) of Fort Atkinson; her close friend Mike Kakuschke of Jefferson; her sons, Clayton Wolfgram of Fort Atkinson and Wyatt Wolfgram of Jefferson; her siblings, Randy Ulrich (Lori) of Gruetli Laager, TN, Justin Ulrich (Christine) of Fort Atkinson, Brian Ulrich of Fort Atkinson and Sara Swart (Keith) of Jefferson; her goddaughter Olivia Swart; and also Shelby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
