She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Scott and Ruth Marion Howell (Heller); her brother Brett Allen Howell; her siblings-in-law, Thomas "Butch" Robert Balchunas and Mary Angela Howell; and her pet Sniffee.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Balchunas; her daughters, Michelle and Samantha; and her siblings, Scott Howell (Dar), Susan Howell (Gaither Campbell), Roger Howell and Billy Howell (Debbie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
