She is survived by: her children, Delilah Johnson (Terry) of Jefferson, Susan Murray of Fort Atkinson, Darlene Kakuschky of Watertown, David Kakuschky of Lake Mills and Duane Kakuschky of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Keith Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Timothy Evans and Cynthia Murray; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Johnson, Madison Evans and Candice Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
