He was predeceased by: his parents, George Olszak and Eilene Olszak (Schwartz); and his stepmother Helen Olszak. He is survived by: his wife Karen Olszak of Jefferson; his daughters, Jenny Flahive (John) of Johnson Creek and Crystal Johnson (Floyd) of Fort Atkinson; his grandchildren, Dylan and Piper; his brother Donald Olszak (Sandy) of Jefferson; and his nephews, Andy Olszak and Aaron Olszak.
