She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Loper and Julia Loper (Burden); and her son-in-law Phillip Williams. She is survived by: her children, Gerald Collins (Christine) of Jefferson and Wendy Williams of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Becky (Kevin), Tiffany (Tony), Jeremy (Bobbie), Lindsey (Trevino), Brandon (Karla), Brett (Stephanie), Timothy (Brenda), Brandi (Gary), Randi and Candi; and her siblings, Marie Olah (Robert), Terry Loper (Cookie) and John Loper. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, other family members and many friends.
